Overview
SendFlow ("we", "us"), operated by J Nova Systems (SMC-Private) Limited, provides large-file transfer services. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use send-flow.com.
Information we collect
- Files you upload and metadata (filename, size, MIME type)
- Email addresses when you share transfers or create an account
- IP addresses and browser fingerprints for abuse prevention
- Page views for ad measurement via the Whop Pixel (t.whop.tw). It stores a first-party identifier and may send the page URL, referrer, and contact details you type into forms (such as email or name) to Whop. See Whop's Privacy Policy.
- Payment and billing information processed by Whop. We do not store card numbers. Whop may collect name, email, billing address, and tax identifiers required for checkout, invoicing, and compliance. See Whop's Privacy Policy.
How we use your data
We use collected data to deliver file transfers, prevent abuse, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve our service. Paid plans are processed by Whop. Whop handles checkout, recurring billing, applicable sales tax or VAT collection and remittance where Whop is responsible, customer payment receipts, and payment-related support for those orders. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
Uploaded files are automatically deleted when transfers expire. Audit logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes. Billing records are retained by Whop according to their policies and legal requirements.
