Overview
SendFlow ("we", "us") provides secure file transfer services. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use sendflow.app.
Information we collect
- Files you upload and metadata (filename, size, MIME type)
- Email addresses when you share transfers or create an account
- IP addresses and browser fingerprints for abuse prevention
- Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
How we use your data
We use collected data to deliver file transfers, prevent abuse, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
Uploaded files are automatically deleted when transfers expire. Audit logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
