SendFlow is operated by J Nova Systems (SMC-Private) Limited. These terms apply to send-flow.com and the SendFlow file-transfer service.
Acceptance
By using SendFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use SendFlow to:
- Distribute malware, illegal content, or copyrighted material without authorization
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Circumvent security measures or abuse rate limits
- Upload executable files or other blocked file types
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Transfers expire according to your plan limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Billing and Merchant of Record
Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle processes payments, issues invoices and receipts, and collects applicable sales tax / VAT.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscription cancellations, payment method updates, and invoices are available through Paddle Customer Portal (via SendFlow account billing settings where available).
Refunds
Digital subscriptions include an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee from the order completion date. See the Refund Policy for how to request a refund. Paddle handles returns as Merchant of Record.
Limitation of liability
SendFlow is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
